Eligibility Criteria for Refund
You are eligible for a refund within 30 days of your purchase if you meet the following conditions:
- Satisfaction With the Demo Version: The Free Edition of iData is designed to work exactly like the Pro version for scanning and previewing. If the Free Edition worked as advertised but the Licensed version fails to perform a specific function, you are eligible for a refund.
- Technical Support Engagement: Before claiming a refund, you must contact our technical support team to resolve the issue. Our team may request a remote session or sample (non-private) files to diagnose and fix the technical glitch. If we fail to resolve the issue, your refund will be processed.
Refund Not Applicable Situations
A refund may not be possible in the following circumstances:
1. Desired Feature Mismatch
If you purchase a license but require features available only in a different license tier (e.g., Personal vs Business). We offer seamless upgrades; simply pay the difference.
2. Non-Cooperation
If you refuse to provide necessary technical information or stop our support team from attempting to fix the reported software issue.
3. License Delivery Delays
Most licenses arrive within 15 minutes. Delays due to email provider issues or "Spam" filter placement do not qualify for a refund.
4. Performance Variations
Software speed varies based on hardware, backup size, and data density. Outside environmental factors do not qualify for a refund.
5. Corrupt Backups
If the original iOS backup is physically corrupted or unreadable by standard system tools, a refund is not applicable. Please use the Free Edition to verify backup integrity first.
6. Bundle Purchases
Refunds are unavailable for group software bundles. We provide product replacements or alternative solutions for these transactions.
