1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use iData Backup Viewer on your own devices. The "Free Edition" is for evaluation purposes; the "Pro Edition" is for personal use as per the purchased license type.
2. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
- Use the software for any illegal activities or to access data you do not have permission to view.
- Distribute, rent, or lease the software or any Pro Edition license keys to third parties.
3. Intellectual Property
The software, including its design, code, and graphics, is the Intellectual property and it is protected by copyright laws.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. While we strive for 100% accuracy in data extraction, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will recover every piece of deleted data in all scenarios.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CYBERSICS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
